Terms of Service: SGA

1. No Returns & All Sales Final Policy
  • Strict Final Sale: Due to the nature of 100% human hair products and strict federal and New Jersey health regulations regarding personal hygiene items, all sales are strictly final.
  • No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances once an order has been processed and shipped. This applies to all human hair wigs, extension bundles, frontals, and closures.
  • Buyer's Responsibility: Please double-check your order to ensure you have selected the correct length, texture, color, and cap size prior to checking out. We are not responsible for incorrect selections made by the buyer.

2. Shipping & Mandatory Signature Delivery
  • Signature Requirement: To protect your investment and prevent theft, a direct signature is required upon delivery for all packages. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave a slip with pickup instructions.
  • PO Box Exception: Packages shipped to a standard USPS PO Box cannot utilize signature confirmation. Orders to PO Boxes will be tracked to delivery, and our liability ends immediately upon the carrier's "Delivered" scan.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If a package is marked as delivered with a signature, or marked delivered at a PO Box, we will not issue refunds or replacements.

3. Human Hair Quality & Styling Disclaimers
  • Natural Product Variance: We sell exclusively 100% human hair. Because human hair is a natural product, minor variations in color shade, texture, and wave pattern are normal and will not justify a refund or replacement.
  • Chemical Modification Risk: Our human hair products can be colored, toned, bleached, and chemically treated. However, chemical processing changes the structural integrity of the hair. Any chemical modifications are done entirely at your own risk.
  • Heat and Maintenance: Excessive heat styling or a lack of proper hydration will shorten the lifespan of the hair. We are not liable for dryness, shedding, or tangling resulting from improper client care or styling choices.

4. Chargeback Protection Agreement
  • Chargeback Waiver: By purchasing from our store, you explicitly agree that you are purchasing a final sale item and waive your right to file a dispute or chargeback with your bank.
  • Evidence Submission: If a fraudulent chargeback is filed after a confirmed and tracked delivery, we will submit this agreed-upon policy, carrier tracking logs, and delivery signatures to your banking institution to fully dispute and reverse the claim.
